<p>According to the non-profit developer <a href="http://teacherswithoutborders.org/" target="_blank">Teachers Without Borders</a>, these <a href="http://twb.dgswa2.com/site/?q=node/192" target="_blank">TWB Tools</a> will allow the world&#8217;s 59 million teachers to access materials that traditionally have only been available to educators in developed nations with access to high-speed internet access and elaborate computer networks.</p>
<p>One tool, named TWB Classroom, will allow K-12 teachers to enroll students, create varied course materials themselves, and provide grading assistance so that information can follow students throughout their educational arc&#8230;</p>
